In order to deliver and optimise the best quality service to you and achieve your vision we require your floor plan, elevations and joinery details as well as all the interior selections. If you just have hand drawn floor plans or rough sketches that’s fine, we can work off just about anything but the more information you can provide the better I can understand your needs. I also suggest providing any mood boards or inspiration photos to help communicate your vision.

Due to the nature of our services we recognise that no two projects are the same, which is why we don't have a one-size-fits-all pricing model. After understanding the scope of work, size and complexity of the project we provide personalised quote that align with the specific needs and requirements for your vision.

The timeline for completing your project can vary depending on several factors, including the complexity of the design, the level of detail required, and the scope of the work. We prioritise open communication and will discuss the timeline with you during the initial stages to ensure we meet your schedule. Rush services are available for an additional fee if you require a faster turnaround.

Booking Fee: To reserve your project in our schedule, we require a 50% booking fee. This commitment allows us to allocate the necessary resources and time to focus on your project.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project, before the final delivery of the service.

We will provide detailed invoices at each stage, and we're happy to discuss any questions you might have regarding our payment policy during the initial consultation.
